The correct use of fondant, the decoration of cupcakes and cakes, stylish biscuit design and other sweet temptations: since autumn 2012, keen, sweet-toothed individuals and ambitious young confectioners have been able to learn how to make cakes like the pros under the guidance of confectionery professional Dagi Löser.

Dagi Löser, a registered and seasoned confectioner, also known for her deliciously sweet blog „Home ist where the Törtchen is“ (Home is where the cake is), is happy to let participants in on the secrets of delicious cakes and attractive themed cakes as part of her baking courses. In small groups of 6 to 10 participants, sugar lovers learn in her baking academy how to bake tartlets properly, how to decorate cupcakes and biscuits artfully and how to adorn cakes in a festive style.

"Since 2012, I have also been giving baking courses or cake decorating courses in Munich AND Vienna and also in their surrounding areas. I really enjoy my work as a course instructor – the overwhelmingly positive feedback from my students always motivates me a lot.
